On April 7, 2017, Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr. ended the drought State of Emergency in most of California, while maintaining water reporting requirements and prohibitions on wasteful practices, encouraging and continuing making water conservation a way of life in California.

Good News West Valley Water District Customers!

At its meeting January 18, 2018, the West Valley Water District Board of Directors voted to approve a 15% rebate to customers on their 2017 water consumption charges.

Water System Flushing Program

Water System Flushing Program — West Valley Water District is currently flushing pipelines throughout our service area. Flushing is necessary to maintain the successful operation of the District and is required by the State Water Resources Control Board – Division of Drinking Water.
