NBCUniversal chose ETA to design and build a new website for the Diversity and Inclusion Department. The client wanted people to know that if they have the ability, NBCUniversal can provide the opportunity. The new website brought together the client’s diversity programs, which were previously scattered across three websites—and creatively spoke to the fact that NBCUniversal is invested in recognizing and developing diverse talent while encouraging visitors to apply for a program. The site was programmed in WordPress as requested by NBCUniversal, and ETA customized the CMS in order to fit the requirements of the site design.
